Hi Guys, I have 10 years of experience in Welding & Heavy Fabrication, last year I joined a reputed indian company with 15.5LPA + 1.5L Variable, now I got an offer of 23LPA + 0% Variables in an small / medium sized company involved in Shipbuilding. * Should I consider joining the company as the offered salary is very good from my perspective? * Should I work another 2-3 years in my present company and then look for opportunities? This is totally a PSU type organization. So need to worry about losing job.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture, unsupportive bosses and rude actions shown by higher management. No work ethics and professional etiquettes. No additional learning opportunities given to employees. 6day working policy along with shift concerns. Brand is not everything you want but along with peace of mind, respect for people and sustainability.
