The only think I like about JSPL is good learning opportunities. I joined as a freshers and I learned a lot from this platform.

1. Salary structure of existing employees. 2. Toxic environment. 3. Insufficient resources. 4. Less co-operative nature of top management in personal problems. 5. Overstay at duty

No job security, even sometimes salary deduction can be done. What u hear the reputation from outside about JSP, it is totally wrong. U will only feel that after spending as an employee..

regular training for skill development (but only if your manager relieves you for it), Compensation is better than competetors.

Dislikes

...nagement, dont appreciate talent, expect people to do 12 hours without overtime. and still cuts their variable pay. please do not join this company just for money, you will regret it forever.

Township facilities provided by the company are well maintained. Overall area for employees to spent time are also there.

Dislikes

Perks and benefits is not available as there's too much unnecessary salary deduction is there.

The mid management doesn't know how to grow retail and channel marketing. They don't trust their ground level employees and doesn't provide support. Here the pressure is immense and without any reason anytime your job can go
