Work life balance gets impacted quite frequently here due to tight and unrealistic deadlines. Clear communication regarding deadlines can help employees avoid overtime / weekend work. This overtime and weekend work is not compensated for. Management micro-manages a lot here trying to cover up more work (work not present in the sprint plan) long before the deadline dates. Over assignment of work under the guise of generating revenues. Multiple products get assigned to an individual without any knowledge transfer. No increment since past 2+ years. I was basically Back-end developer. I was recruited as Full- Stack Developer and was told that I will be given opportunity to groom in Frontend also. I was interested in learning front end technologies and that is the only reason I have choosen this offer. But for past one year, I am working on some random tool, where I am doing drag and drop only. I was from South and I don't understand Hindi. So, I was treated like I don't know anything. I couldn't even raise my queries because the problem is mainly from Upper management. No work life balance also. Even personal queries and problems will be understandable by Leads, only if I know Hindi. They tease us in Hindi. My worst decision of my life is choosing this company.
