Mainly Concern is about Managers they are the everything for company. Employees valuation is very less and Manager only need performance otherwise manager will do what they want to do. If you're not performing they will release you immediately but if you want to get relieved from your own they tell you they have notice period policywe want an replacement then we can think for your relieving.
