I have been with this organization for the past 7-8 months, and it has proven to be a best place to work. The company offers many opportunities for its employees and provide a friendly working environment. One of the standout aspects is the priority placed on employee well-being and providing clear guidance. The leadership team andmanagement are truly exceptional. I have never seen such an amazing group of leaders who are not only approachable but also maintain an open-door policy. HR,deserves special mention. The leadership team is strong with an innovative mindset. They want to be different from the current mediocrity in the industry, which is not bad to be honest. However, there are struggles with it since most of the employees want to be hired by managers rather than leaders.

Dislikes

Yes there are some areas of improvement for them to work upon, but so are there for so many other organizations. We cannot compare an apple with an orange. They are different with what they are doing and one should appreciate their hardwork for creating something that there never was.

I really like the scribing platform that IAB7 has offered me to work upon. It's new, It's challenging, and It's game changing.

Dislikes

Team leaders are not experienced and Yogesh doesnt even know how to talk to people. It sometimes feel like why does he open his mouth? Infrastructure is very poor, including washroom and canteen, but not only limited to these. Worst nightmare is the training team under the span of control of Satnam Sir.

There was nothing to like about this company, they are an exploitative company who only thinks about profit and treat employees like robots.

Dislikes

The company exploits college students extremely, to the point that they make them work 8-9 hours straight without allowing them any break, sometimes no toilet breaks as well. Chandigarh and Mohali faced one of the worst flooding in the recent past and they made employees come to work fully drenched in those bacteria filled water. Some had leave their house fully underwater just because the company forced them to work at that time. After the flooding people naturally caught eye flue because of all those bacterias and viruses floating around and the inhumane nature of the company is evident when they forced and threatened employees to work even red swollen eyes full of pain and discomfort. I recommend not to join this company at all and please save your life and stay 1000 times away from such horrible place. The worst of the worst company....Read More
