Good work and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are excellent and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. There is no any bond of year. If you want you can resign.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent .

The job is quite interesting! / struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

During 1 year apprenticeship trainee company behavior good but after that we join with third party team lease and now behavior is changed..... Any company policies not for us like- PF, ESI, and other allowances.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but carrer growth is slow there is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

I was in quality control department in power engine drive. My teammate are very gentle, they behave in a normal way. They support you full. In jcb you can also expect some gifts if you do work very carefully. My team is take care of every single point of concern for any defects. Although the jcb is perfect for me in every concern, I would like to join again in future.

I dislike the canteen.
