Top leadership is positive for progress and has shown good vision. Availability of full time experiment shop across company facilities provides good opportunities for fresh engineers to learn.

Dislikes

Although top leadership has good vision, the execution is pathetic due to complacent middle management. Most of the middle management has been working for more than a decade and show no enthusiasm in bringing up good people and there’s a lack of grooming culture in the organisation. There’s huge disparity in remuneration and no definitive grade system across locations in India. The disparity is so huge that a newcomer at lower level is earning more than twice as much as a long time employee. There’s no effort to make this correct, nor any roadmap for developing people. The policies are not employee friendly and work life balance is worst due to odd location and timings of the company. This is often promoted as a challenging culture by middle management, however as a matter of fact it is very unprofessional and demanding rather than challenging. There are only a few good people in junior management but they are constrained by middle management to dance to their tunes....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
