With no biasness I am given opportunity to lead a team and the project Same rule applies to every people who are serious for their career and does not leave on difficult times. Every organization needs strong pillars who can bear the load of difficulties and is ready to sail. I associate this organization before two years ago and I got everything which a employee want to grow their career.

They want you to work 24*7 and if you fail to do so they will fire you. CEO has no respect for his employees he yell at everyone like and illiterate and blindly follow the decisions made by his favourite employee. They do not believe in promoting interaction between team members and will issue a warning letter is you are mingling with too many people. I worked at JC for two years, and it was truly an incredible work experience. Colleagues support and inspire each other, it cultivate a positive work culture, enhance productivity and generate innovative ideas. I was always supported and encouraged by my team members and seniors.

Everything is done by the CEO, management is also becoming like him. Worst company to work. If you get an offer accept it but please don't join Jasper Colin it will be good for your personal life.

Toxic management, If complain to HR in that case HRs are also not supportive. Threaten to Damage your professional career, and try to do the same for your personal life, Cannot take leaves if you are on leave they will call you on leave to work, and pressure you to work on nights and even on weekends. Can not take a break longer than 20 min if breaks exceed more than 40 min your half-day salary is deducted. Abusive environment management abuses the employee if the deadline is missed.
