I / We need yearly vacation and annual increament most of employees was left after finish contact because employees didn’t get increament after finish 1st contract and aslo vacation problem from employer side. The (jash technical service ltd) employer are making promise to employees will send you vacation and you will get increament after finish your contract. But this promise are fake 90%!

I dislike because we are technician and we are working under senior engineers / site engineers. They are giving work to technicians and technicians finish his work very well. And we are thinking if i will work very well then we will recieve some increament after finish 1st contract. But the problem is all technicians work credits taking senior engineers or site engineers. Then after the 1st contract we know what happened (no increament for technicians) That’s why most of employees are leaving permanently from this company....Read More

ood work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
