Company ok for fresher because I am joining in this company as a OAC operation cum cashier but now I am working as a cashier in cash but Degisnation not change. And the main think is salary is to low my team mate join as a fresher and join date 2022 December company give him 1lakh 60thousands per year but company give me after 2years 1lakhs 59thousand I don't know why and what's basis company create this rules as my own opinion it's wrong some one take high salary and some on verry low but they sam Degisnation and belongs sam position and I think company need work with this....Read More

The management is hilarious as they call on holidays like all the government holidays,working culture is terrible...if you are a orphan then you can join jana small finance bank(Don't take it in a negative way) because whenever you work in jana small finance bank your personal life is vanished as there is no holidays.
