Lots of pressure from Chennai region RH he puts lots of pressure to the employee. If the employee not achieving the day Target he put the con call to the employees to using very bad words for both male and female employees. If the employee not done the business from the side , that employee have to put the own cash for doing the business to achieve the target either customer name or that same employee name ....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
