Company culture is very bad. No job security.

I am working here last 2 years. Here is no work culture. No Banking holiday. Sunday also working. Our office time is 7 am to 3.30 pm . But Without any reason we are kept in branch till 8.30 to 9. Am. If any doubt pls check bank cctv footage. No job security. If protest you will be transferred very long distance. ( This is my review for WB1). I WANT TO GIVE 1 ⭐. PATHETIC SITUATION.

Everything. The whole bank is a scam. Never ever get into this bank. They give immense pressure to the employees and they are never happy with your work as well as they have unrealistic targets. They don't have any end time.

No security in job currently credit work has been centralized and others activity has been outsource, We are working in delimana and searching for job. Because either we will be move to different department or places where we will not be comfortable, and at the end we have to resign.
