It is making rural development loans and urban development loans..company culture is very good..development ideas are totally good.. One year before company developed as jana small finance bank..i have wonderful experience in jana small finance bank.

Compensation is good .. but employees growth depends on experience not employees talent ..

Daily routine is collecting loan Emi amounts and sales process .. everyday i have to meet new people and explain about loans and company's policy.. its a great learning experience
