They don’t care about ur personal life, Even they manipulate the person in that way. He/She blames themselves for everything. They terminated the their employees without any notice. Even, They records calls while u having a conversation. Then, They pretend of not knowing anything. HR team is not supportive at all . They just listen Managers, AVP.. Then why do u ask such feedbacks from us.. Because our feedback does not matter at all.. Its nothing for u neither for them. You Know, Jana bank forced their employees to increase the sales by lying to customers. Even, The quality Analyst did not follow any such rules which was mandatory. I worked there more than 3 years.. They wants sales from u else .. U r garbage to them..
