Growing Bank and products are better than others

Dislikes

Senior level people are feeling like they are Maharaj and they thought they are ruling over their colleagues. Whole environment is full of negativity, they uses to do torture therapy to get business. No employee connect. Even they are not eligible to be a relationship manager because if they are unable to establish relation with their employees then hows possible with customer. No HR policy if you can't make happy your boss they take revenge in term of location change, rating and they can terminate you can be trapped in a false allegation and you can also be fired from Job....Read More
