No security in job currently credit work has been centralized and others activity has been outsource, We are working in delimana and searching for job. Because either we will be move to different department or places where we will not be comfortable, and at the end we have to resign. As per corporate policy which every corporates follow to reduce human resources.. 😌

I am working here last 2 years. Here is no work culture. No Banking holiday. Sunday also working. Our office time is 7 am to 3.30 pm . But Without any reason we are kept in branch till 8.30 to 9. Am. If any doubt pls check bank cctv footage. No job security. If protest you will be transferred very long distance. ( This is my review for WB1). I WANT TO GIVE 1 ⭐. PATHETIC SITUATION.

Although 2nd & 4th Saturday is work off as per Banking system,yet as a normal working,moreover all state & national holiday is used as a normal working day which is very malpractice as per Banking norms.

Supervisor & Seniors biased & partial behaviours & approach towards their down lines as they only support & help their own set of people whom they like & who are in their good books . The policies are good, but many high performers are judged right or wrong based solely on local management's opinion. Their personality, behavior, or performance are not considered. HR and senior management declare employees right or wrong based only on local management's input.

Toxic boss who used to to humilate his reportees ( not all ) just showing favouritism to some and criticizing others. Doesn't value for personal life. Threating about termination to new joienees And all above are my personal experience with my boss. Might be some will lead their team LEADER'S but my BM ended up by being a BOSS

HR is not strong , they are not having powers . Even work balance itself they are not handle . Work timing is 8.30AM to 9 PM . Even holiday also working . nearly 12 to 13 hours we are working . Even operation staff like teller and BOM go to the field during banking customer hours . it affect the customer service . Due to this pressure only operation staff also keep on switching the bank . Kindly control this . Every branch make teller and bom as Service only staff ..Then only Employee not think about switching Bank . Because senior citizen trust we loose when person keep on changing the organization . it affect our productivity . Please make Teller and BOM as only service staff . They change and department any time. My corporate Salary Dept is closed. I have joined just in 2 months completed. Than after My Department is Closed they transfer me to casa department

Janbank, everything is fine at the higher level. Salary and incentives are also good, there is no problem.

The working culture is very bad. Especially the behaviour of the branch head is very bad. Branch head treat employees like servents and he forces the employees to resign forcefully. Even after giving resignation they do not give relieving letter. Branches are open on Sundays in the collection part. HR listen to every branch head anddo not investigate anything from their side.
