Atmosphere is not friendly u will not suppose to do ur work as ur own process and the employer want operator instead of Hr. All the informations are not updated to HR and backfiring image would be always from employer side.Employer is always used the skill of new employee then say goodbye.there are many more things which not complete here.Policies are not appropriate.
