No value for Hard working and Sincere people. Present management is very weak and if you are in Purchase or store department then you have ample opportunity to make money from back doors. if you work with sincerity then you will trap in politics . Juniors level people are involved in integrity issues and openly receive gifts, moneyfrom outsider. Employee carry steel, diesel and lot of expensive items from factory in there vehicles and they only promote corrupts staff. after 1st wave of corona they through out all management staff from top to bottom and soon Jakson is closing the Kathua plant and shifting to Maharashtra....Read More
