Teammates are very nice and helpful. The training is provided round the year on various skill set.

Dislikes

Frankly speaking forget about job security. Career growth and appraisal depends on your buttering skills. I felt like working with real life politicians who were ready to ditch you any moment. Pathetic work life balance as you cannot agrue with you manager to maintain it.

It was good working good there, I had learned a lot but on my own.

Dislikes

Office policts, few HOD were relative of promoter, which game them unofficial authority to take any decision and they also use direct communication with the promoters without any authority which is not good for an organisation.

Work Details

It was very hectic, my team used to come office at 8 am and left the office some where around 9 or 10 pm on regular Basis. Work was not distributed equally. Management is never worri s about the quantum of work given to one employee.
