Cheap Company politics, here everyone thinks to control you. And if you are reference then you have to handle outside pressure from your referral. Worst management. Also the job role here is not clear, on paper they will guve you Technical Support Engineer but in company you have to work as a sales/presales person.

Worst company to work with..no etiquette... No ethics...all managers are illiterate... Main point is they have 2 years bond criteria and even after serving 2 years they don't give relieving and experience letter...
