I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing was likable here. I left within 4months due to hold of salary and expenses without any reason even after emailing them several times, they kept complete ignorance of email and calls even no reply has been given till now.

Dislikes

A very volatile ground for anyone's career. They Hold salary without any prior notice and work culture is very disgusting here. Upper Hierarchy behaves rudely and in an unprofessional way even using slangs (Especially Field Staffs).
