Company policies are not employees friendly. Job security is their .company just believe In business not about employees development .and appraisals and allowance are not as per market. Salary is not on time . 24 hrs hectic schedule stressed culture . No proper incentive policy and disbursals . People not getting time for family. Product infiltration is very high
