Very bad situation at present . Many people they lost there job due sales adjustment . HR totally depened on management decision . They dont think about stuff and sales employee . Last 5 month 30 people they lost their job . They want only sales as soon as possible . Before join think very carefully

sales oriented company, too much politics, people promoted who do unhygienic sales, higher attrition, nobody is bother for people business needs to be meet.
