You will get lot to learn, and your Skill will develop. if you are working more than your working hours you will get Appraisal. Apart from negative side company is improving.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
