You won't receive help from seniors—they just expect the problem to be fixed within the given time. 4. There's no limit to overtime. They expect you to work overtime daily, but when it's time for salary, they don't pay for it. Yet if you're ever late to the office, they'll deduct your pay. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact tha i am part of a team that markets reliable and high quality products and has a global clients base.as a result.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is middle. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-11 hours straight in day.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
