About managers , recently some layoffs happend after that management decided to reduce notice period from 3 to 2months, for that time managers arguing to management they are not accepting to reduce notice period, whenever hikes discussions or some other things managers are keep on quite they are not even discussing anything about employees. This is worest thing from managers side to stop this silly things ....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
