Nothing to like ... It's waste of time joining the company

I have worked in this organisation for 3 years. Company management is not in favour with employees. They are part of politics No hike no appraisal. you will stick with the same designation , company politics is very bad. Blame game you have daily work more than your log off time.

HR team discussed to me before joining we provide a 100% bonus every year, but Ivy management offers below 50% bonus (HR team gives false information, it's like cheating). and appraisals are given to below 5% to 8% only.

Delayed response always from HR. If lucky enough to work on a bigger project you will get a good exposure otherwise organization doesn't even bother to know you existence. CEO is just an employee in the organization like other. Organization doesn't bother if you all survive the sudden crises of layoff or not. Will just pay you for may be 3 or 5 months without even check int current market of job vacancies. They provide you with great competitive salary which becomes a problem for an employee after being laid off, which causses low salary expectation to get a job and survive. None of the benefits or culture match with the Big4 except the one lay off process and culture. Worst internal hiring process for employee who were benched. Promises will be maid that you will feel you will get into some other team/project but you are still secured but the ultimate intention behind it to lay off. Was good until sometime ( 2.6 years) back. Had strong leadership and employee relationships were good. Work life balance and respect were in place.

Dislikes

Racism by UK management. Some senior leaders in UK ( old school ) leaders who have never seen the outside world treat Indians as daily wage workers. It reflects when they speak. Currently it is just a sinking ship which is under collateral damage.. Too much of bias and politics with no job security.

Colleagues are good. Company provides training as well. Anyway, it all depends on your Manager. Good work is appreciated.

Bonus payout is less. Exit management is also poor - No bonus is given if you leave even after 6 months of the payout. They will recover it back from you.

Nice office environment. I am very fortunate to work here with all facilities. Carroms and Foosball boards are there to chill off. Evening free snacks(biscuits, drinks and buns), free cab facility, after 8pm free food. What else we require other than this
