It's my first company that I have joined as a fresher. Good package at that time in 2016 they gave 4.5 lakhs package by hand I got 32k to 33k. Every year they have common hike for 1.5 lakhs.. i worked there for 5 years. While leaving the company I got 10.5 lakhs package. By hand I was getting 73k. Coming to learning experience: In company we have poor working standards. No internet access while working so there is no one to help you out while you stuck with an issue. Even if you get help from somebody still it will help you to finish that taks . You won't get in-depth knowledge on product you are doing. Working hours are 9 am to 7 pm . Some times u need to work till 9pm as well. But u won't get any extra benifits. Main draw back here is you won't get good learning experience and job security. You may get fired once in an year....Read More

Infoview management were fired the employees from working in covid 19. Even the employee had worked more than 15 hrs a day to maintain company productivity. They won't consider the employee hard work when they fire. While working in office also there is no canteen to have food when you are hungry. Even they don't allow employees to bring food items inside the office premises. These all are under infoview rules and regulations. Employees are consider as machine to work from 9 am to 9 pm as minimum working hours. But officially they will say the working hours as only from 9 am to 6 pm & if you are delayed to login within 9 to 9.30 am, even it's 1 sec late. You will be condider as leave on the day. There is nothing to tell about the politics in infoview because they are not running an organisation it's a high school but you can't able to learn anything here....Read More

The company uses Spring based Custom Framework where everything is abstracted. So a developer couldn't learn the interior operations of the Framework which is a huge drawback to the developers. Still manual testing is taking place where for each and every iteration 10-14 documents has to be prepared for the Test case execution process. This is the development centre of the Japanese company "Works Applications" also can be called it's subsidiary. The requirements are gathered and documented by the Japanese developers and given to Chennai developers (IVTL developers). The provided requirements will be in Japanese and it will be translated to English, the translated document requirement understanding will be very difficult. Most of the Japanese developers are little slow in English .For each and every doubt in requirement we have to raise an Ticket in Task Tracking Tools(Internal Tools). The clarifications couldnt be received easier. It will take some time. The doubts which could be clarified within 5 minutes of direct conversation will be taken to 2-3 with textual conversation in the ticket. The development and testing time is very very low so that the developers or testers has to work 4 times the normal speed. Some will be good, most of them hates the company. Some will butter their managers and Team Leads to prevent them from being fired. All are working only for the sake of the salary package which is good for freshers. Unable to balance work with life since we have to stay in the company until we have to complete the work even though the work delayed due to environment issues. Environment issue is one of the major drawback of delay to IVTL Developers and testers.The environment won't be stable at all the time.it will available at any time and mostly only after our work hours.hence since morning to evening we won't have any work and after our work time we have to work. Good pay right from the start. Good company for beginners. But when you stay here for more than two years, you are stuck for life. Never make any personal commitments just because you are paid well. It is a trap(for you by yourself). SUITABLE FOR : People who wanna do the same work over and over again. Go to work in the morning, come back at night, get paid, repeat this for the whole life. Do what you are told to do, without asking any questions. People who just follow the rules, and do not question the motives. Bachelors. Organisation is run by fear. There are two sets of policies, the actual company policy and the policy they expect from you internally. Although they publicly say you are independent, internally it is fear they induce in the employees and extract work. Politics plays a great role. Most of the leaders are not actually fit to be leaders. The same applies for some PMO's too. Basically, if you don't want a life of your own and you want to just get paid, this is the right place<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They say you can leave after 8 hours, but internally they expect you to stay for 9 to 10 hours even if you don't have any work(They give you more work if you leave early)</mark>. Officially you are entitled to leaves as per company policy, internally you are not allowed to take any leaves, if you do, it is a black mark on you(affects your appraisal). No break, no cafeteria, nothing. Once you enter the office you are not allowed to leave until the end of day(lunch excluded)....Read More
