Being a Product based company IVTL Infoview will let you know how to survive in an IT professional. Since there will be no training provided for their technologies we will learn overselves which is much better for the future growth. If you want to be stable in the industry with not interested to know much about the latest and technologies this company is best in the Chennai. Good pay right from the start. Good company for beginners. But when you stay here for more than two years, you are stuck for life. Never make any personal commitments just because you are paid well. It is a trap(for you by yourself). SUITABLE FOR : People who wanna do the same work over and over again. Go to work in the morning, come back at night, get paid, repeat this for the whole life. Do what you are told to do, without asking any questions. People who just follow the rules, and do not question the motives. Bachelors. Organisation is run by fear. There are two sets of policies, the actual company policy and the policy they expect from you internally. Although they publicly say you are independent, internally it is fear they induce in the employees and extract work. Politics plays a great role. Most of the leaders are not actually fit to be leaders. The same applies for some PMO's too. Basically, if you don't want a life of your own and you want to just get paid, this is the right place. They say you can leave after 8 hours, but internally they expect you to stay for 9 to 10 hours even if you don't have any work(They give you more work if you leave early). Officially you are entitled to leaves as per company policy, internally you are not allowed to take any leaves, if you do, it is a black mark on you(affects your appraisal). No break, no cafeteria, nothing. Once you enter the office you are not allowed to leave until the end of day(lunch excluded)....Read More
