Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

For Internal projects you can have somewhat work life balance. Appraisal will be good.. That's all, nothing much..

Dislikes

Where when you're on a offshore projects you're given as a slav*s to the Clients and no considerations on your feedbacks. To run the company they use you but never interfere in any hardship faced by you. Bad internal management. No new projects. Now, Old employees have not much work but big cash/ appraisal... Others work hard to bring in cash to the company.

There is no proper organisation structure and no hierarchy defined within organisation. This is not how an matured company works. No clear communication between leads and employees on individual employee growth. This is root cause of where the prob lies. Also the ambience and vibes within org is not good and all employees tend to keep looking for alternative all the time.
