There is no career growth and job security.they will treat u as school kids.even u can't bring one chocolate inside the office premises.whatever facility u ask they will say like "Get it with your salary..for that only u r getting paid"

I do not like anything in IVTL. Work culture is extremely terrible. They will change their policies over a night and do not intimate those to employees.Salary is the only thing I appreciate about them.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
