I would never recommend this organization to nay of my friend or acquaintance. One of the work place it never teat employee as employee. They prefer to treat employee as slave.The organization has joint CEO(2 persons). Even their thought wont be same. One person wants employee to do some thing and the second advises you to not follow the first CEO's words. No benefits, No learning, no exposure. I prefer not to give single star but there is no option like that....Read More

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
