The company working environment is pretty good where they have various opportunities to projects and they have a good work life balance as well with good percentage of hike rate compared to other company.IT is very good if you want to grow in early stages of your career where you will gain various opportunity to upgrade yourself.

Dislikes

Nothing much to comment.IT is a pretty good company with few things that has to be improved but from my perspective it can be easily ignored.

There is nothing to like here not a single thing.

Dislikes

Everything in this company is waste. Firstly you ll degrade your knowledge here. There is nothing here you ll learn and there is no humanity among the people here. No one is helpful here. Even the location of the company is in a society. You ll not feel like working in IT. They don't have any projects. If you really want to do something in your life then please wait till your good turn, don't even think to join this company. They will ask you to pay for your certification and never reimburse it. If you fail then your money is gone. Whatever skill you have learned you will forget that also after joining this company. Some seniors are there they will never let you grow. And lastly you ll end up with no confidence and no skills for switch. The management here is hell....Read More

Nothing is good to like anything in this company

Dislikes

Worst work like balance, no job security especially for women, no cab facility, no projects to work, bad management behavior, office building in the middle of families apartment, this is family business to play with employee life, freshers don't give original markscard dont sign agreement, they don't want female employees in the company, no respect for women, they treat employee as servant

I get to collaborate with highly skilled professionals and clients . Whether its through training programs, mentorship or challenging projects, there's something new to learn and improve upon.

Dislikes

Besides pros, there are some challenges .For instance ,sometimes the workload can be demanding ,leading to periods of high stress .However this will not overshadow the positives of working here .

No work pressure because there is no work/ projects at all. Work Privacy is also given.

Dislikes

They blame you for not having projects, hike/promotion is terrible, too much politics, no additional benefits whatsoever. They cut salary for extra breaktime etcs.
