The company offers no stability whatsoever. you constantly feel like your position could be on the chopping block at any moment. Expect to be tethered to your desk with little regard for personal time or boundaries. The company seems to have no appreciation for the importance of a healthy work-life balance. It's shocking that a company in this day and age doesn't provide basic benefits like Provident Fund or health insurance. This shows a complete lack of consideration for employees' well-being.
