Nothing to like about this company! They'll treat you like a slave, calling you in singular terms like 'arey-turey' and will not allow anything for you unless you are a TL/GL!! Fone not allowed for agents; like it's a prized thing! TL/GL are allowed to use it. Why? It has landlines; so they can use that...isn't it? NOT at all like an office culture...go here if you want to ruin your life! Height is that one lady lead will even sniff you out from washroom if you're not back in 5 mins!! Leaves are like diamonds! And you'll hv to compensate any leave by working on off days even if u've balance leaves (I thought compensating is when u don't hv leave balance & don't want ur payment to be cut, eh??)...Read More

Everything is to be disliked about this company! Total blame game. You'll hv to do 'haa ji haa ji' if you want so-called decent treatment. Maybe the lead lady HR doesn't know all the hell agents go through or she's not told all things, but it's worse than hell... All the time, you've to be working; even talking to a college sitting RIGHT NEXT to you isn't tolerated & you'll be scolded. You'll come to know if you're emergently needed anywhere or if something happened to ur close one only in break times as ur fone is with security! What kinda inhumane thing is this!!
