I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. When I was joined the itcube that time from 2018 to 2021 management was good they identify the skills of employee and allocate the tasks accordingly.

Dislikes

After 2021 there is a drastic change in management, It includes the politics, no proper team leader is there. Existing team leader having his own monopoly in the company. No exposure to learn new technologies, they are still on MVC
