Really good brand to work with if you are looking at building your portfolio. There are people who have immense experience and are in hospitality from 10+ years. You can learn a lot from them. The company takes customers very seriously. So you automatically start picking up on it. Gives you pleasure to work in a place where you are making difference & making people feel happy.

Dislikes

The work life balance is really messed up. Being hospitality the shift timings are very odd, but it comes with the job. But the company need to really work on filling the empty positions & stop over burdening the existing staff. This is the main reason for high attrition in the sector.

I have been asked to join even in covid situation and post supporting as well I have been asked to leave and resigned from my post. I am suffering from last 5 months for a job. Even super senior are also not bothered about us. Poor job security@ITC

Poor job security and they don't think about employees but just keep other influenced they donate crores to others but down the line they downsize their employees who were standing with them with all effort when ITC was needing it.
