Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hile every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I did not liked their work culture at all, poor guidance no Manager was assigned to me for guidance and learning, which lead to 0 productivity from my end, they themselves told me that I don't have to serve my notice period and then denied about it they kept my salary of 4.5 days and refused to pay it when I needed it the most
