First few days it will look like a good company where everybody cares about you, it is not true. They had to do all this because the attrition rate was sky high, and people leaving negative comments on glassdoor and similar platforms.

Dislikes

The leadership and management staff play politics in workplace. Conspiracy, rumours, gossip, and tension in the background always. Zero job security.
