I joined Ison twice but both the time they were unable to get the project.. And hence asked me to resign from the company..no such teams are there who will be able to get the projects..

Dislikes

Job security are not there as they hire as per the projects basis and if they are unable to get the projects then they ask employee to resgin..No such team building activities are there hence every time politics is going on even at the management level..they play with the career of the employee so never join this company otherwise you'll be in big trouble.. At least as per my knowledge they have asked 250 people to resign without assigning any projects or they were not able to get the projects..Here management is very weak..this is a lala kind of a company..
