Horrible… the worst company you would ever see. Very bad working environment, cheap mentality people all around! I was in recovery team, everything was going smooth until ms gayathri joined as manager. I haven’t seen such a pathetic person ever. Very unprofessional , doesn’t fit for the position at all. She doesn’t care about the employees health, forcing to work on week offs no matter what the situation is..and for week offs we always need to beg for that! Usually work timing is from 9am-6pm but here till 7:30 she will force you to stay longer and treat very badly. She thinks that her fraud plays are not well known to others, but me and my few friends knows it very well. Because of her we left the job. All team leaders, hr are worst. New joinees don’t trust anyone in this company all are frauds!!! Even the management is extremely bad and arrogant. No hr policies, work culture is too bad . Overall this is not a standard company in the market and please rethink before joining this company!...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Dislikes

Working at iSON is very comfortable because we have easy access to top management panel like management VPs and HR VPs. So we can make our concern heard, even if our site head or project head is not responding to any of those concerns. And they will give proper solutions for those concerns if they are valid.

Dislikes

iSON has many other ventures, but they are more like a start-up (even if they are not behaving like one.)

I got a very good experience while working, I shouted a lot and learned a lot without it, how to track and how to talk, it was a new experience.

What is it that you are coming in full talk salary and you don't get any increment from it, you can earn as much actual incentive as you want, but if someone buys one rupee from your talk salary, then you can come and do a full survey.
