No appraisal,if you are at 1s grade then for promotion you have to wait 3 year and internal promotion is not possible because our manager does not support if any vacancy is there our manager will not inform us and if a employee is capable then also our manager will not support there is lack of support.and salary is not good as other company provide good salary and benefits to there employee.

Good environment but less salary and cuts salary without any reason , some times the NAPS doesn't gets credited to account then it get credit in another month

I worked in the Canara Bank process at Conneqt Business Solutions, Kharadi , Pune. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. Worst experience ever, manager asked me to resign just because of data discontinued and he was rude, mannerless, bad behaving, the organization are responsible for those kind of manager.

There is nothing to like much, however any freshers or people who come from villages for them to develop their basic BPO culture it is useful

HR( recruiting HR) they think about themselves as CEO's of the company their attitude and rudeness, they dont know anything apart from asking "Tell me something about yourself". They only dont have proper communication skills. They are worst. I worked there 5 years. It is full of domestic process, so dont expect to improve your communications skills, infact you will lose your skills. its best to work for six months and gain basic BPO skills and go away....Read More
