If you have money or no need money and if you don't have family-friends-personal life choose this company. They will give you lot of learnings for your professional and personal life

Dislikes

- No recognitions to the right employee's, right employee's will get only motivational speech. -Low salary and also salary deductions if you come 1 minute late. -No proper Hike, people who favour to management will get hike and support. -HR system is waste and they will give Fake promi ses. -Worst management. -There is no Exit process clearly defined. People will abscond and will leave without experience letter. - They are most happy if you work on Saturday and Sunday. There is no work life balance. - Worst process, they don't know how to manage work flow....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes.
