If you have money or no need money and if you don't have family-friends-personal life choose this company. They will give you lot of learnings for your professional and personal life

Dislikes

...s to the right employee's, right employee's will get only motivational speech. -Low salary and also salary deductions if you come 1 minute late. -No proper Hike, people who favour to management will get hike and support. -HR system is waste and they will give Fake promises. -Worst management. -There is no Exit process clearly defined. People will abscond and will leave without experience letter. - They are most happy if you work on Saturday and Sunday. There is no work life balance. - Worst process, they don't know how to manage work flow.

Projects are good there is proper high level and low level planning. There is no proper/process followed. Decision cant be just spontaneous. Usually manager and team members collaborate within team and do analytical problem solving then come up with an optimal solution.
