1. Management behave shows job insecurity 2. Reluctant employees 3. No growth and annual increment 4. Behave like juicer 5. Huge reports creation with incomplete and insufficient data as unskilled colleague 6. Wasting of Talent as no appreciation will get 7. Vision is not satisfactory 8. Use in all role and didn't pay annual hike also 9. Working environment is very poor

Overall company is good for new comers. Not much problem with team. Some teammates are not helpful. Some do lots of back stabbing.

Isharya gave me a great Learning experience and opportunity to grow. The full liberty to get involved in all business processes and learn from it was the best motivation.

Dislikes

Since it was a startup it had a bit of operational challenges. But overtime it got streamlined quite a bit
