Salary should not based on employee performance. Some partiality is there. Management given more opportunity and support but they didn't given right salary for that and also benefits.

Initially I went for Tally Data entry operator posting. After 3 months I got Opportunity for my career growth & job growth. I got promotion as MIS(Management Information System) & Planning (Production). And also my role and responsibilities has increased.

You didn't work for ashram you work for management thay force you to do anything for sales thay need only sales not interested in your work our do anything but they always make us feel like we are we servant
