Here in Iron Mountain a lot of things have to learn and I have learned a lot from this company in this company I have crossed 6 months but I can face that person who have 2-3 yrs experience in this company.

I am waiting for appraisal after that I will decide about this factor except this all is good. If a fresher join this company and he left all other worker behind his than I think his increment should be more than them there should be no time limit. He can left behind other workers within 3-6 months also. And I have left many worker of my facility behind me. I worked for 13+ years and it's been wonderful experience working there although I was asked to leave in Feb and that could be because of company future planning.
