I am waiting for appraisal after that I will decide about this factor except this all is good. If a fresher join this company and he left all other worker behind his than I think his increment should be more than them there should be no time limit. He can left behind other workers within 3-6 months also. And I have left many worker of my facility behind me. I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
