IRIS is very employee friendly in my experience so far. While meeting Client requirements, Company is quite adaptive in building employee friendly policies. Salary & Benefits are also quite competitive as per job market. while most of the work force is working from home, there is constant focus on self development & learning. Employees are encouraged to go for trainings & external certification.

Iris has good policy as MNC company. Working at iris work life is balanced.work culture is also good.

I have worked at iris more than 2 years. So i have seen that Iris has most of the support project. If you are from development background still wfm team allocate to you into support project. If you refuse to wfm team then they force you to resign from iris. I have seen in iris has small projects which are completed within 1.5 year.

The comfort you get while working is the most I like here. Work life is easy here and the different kind of support you get from the organization whether be your learning or your aspiring goals to achieve.

Need more technical people to come forward and contribute in building more alike people in the organization.

Unfortunately, my experience working here was far from positive. Favoritism is rampant within the Talent Acquisition department, especially with leaders like Nidhi and Nishi. They have their favorites, and these individuals are supported in every way, regardless of merit, while new team members are often sidelined without any opportunity to grow or contribute. This toxic culture creates a stifling work environment. Additionally, there is a problematic gifting culture. It became clear that those who gave gifts to Nidhi and Nishi were favored, receiving opportunities and privileges that were not based on performance or skill. To make matters worse, there is zero job security, especially after recent changes in upper management. The new VP of Talent Acquisition seems to lack the necessary experience and understanding to run the department effectively, further adding to the overall dysfunction. With hybrid mode it is easier to balance work life in Iris, it helps in productive work. Team is helpful in order to achieve the deadlines.

No job security, you'll always find a sword of being fired hanging around your neck. No stability. Since last two years there has been no appraisal. Work hours are pathetic, people don't care about norms or rules. Finish your work even if you are on hospital bed. There is a history of Iris, they hire and fire very often. So trustwould be a major issue if you are joining this organization. They don't have devops team hence you'll need to work on saturday and sundays as well, to deploy the code on weekends....Read More

Worst work culture, partial behaviour, no work life balance, micromanagement, poor leadership management, no growth/ no appraisal, less growth opportunities and development. No salary hike increament since 2 years.

Dislikes

Leadership team is very pathetic. So much internal politics. They layed off 50+ members in a single day without any reason and prior notice. No work life balance and less growth opportunities.
