There is absolute work life balance. Upper management is amazing. They would listen to your problem and try their best to resolve it. There goes so many personal growth activities on especially for women. Management focuses on overall growth of the employee. Be it physical, mental or financial awareness, you will be finding regular sessions in these. I have witnessed so many festivities within a small span of time.
